Hello, and welcome!
Cooking Chapbook is run (and sporadically updated) by a cook-in-progress living in the D.C. area. I’m intrigued by regional and ethnic specialties and quick, easy cooking at home. I love anchovies, shakshuka, Indian spices, cappuccinos, eggs, and multi-layered, meringue-cloaked, red-fruit-filled German cakes. (Among a million other things.)
A chapbook is a small book, most commonly filled with poems and rather inexpensive to produce. I liked the idea of creating a little virtual book to fill with thoughts about food and recipes.
